KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform professional cleaning services in residential homes.
Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
Vacuum, mop, dust, and keep surfaces clean.
Follow Home Clean Heroes’ procedures and quality standards.
Work as part of a team and maintain professional communication with colleagues and clients.
Properly use cleaning products, materials, and equipment.
Adhere to assigned schedules and service requirements.

WAGES AND COMPENSATION
We offer different work arrangements and compensation structures depending on your responsibilities:
Cleaning Staff (Co-Pilot): $15 per hour.
Company Vehicle Driver: $16.50 per hour.
Individual Cleaner (Solo Cleaner): Compensation based on a percentage of the service, averaging approximately $20 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24 per hour, depending on performance.
Requirements
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Must provide valid documentation for the hiring and employment verification (E-Verify) process.
Must pass a background check.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
Must be responsible, punctual, and a team player.
Must be able to perform the physical tasks associated with residential cleaning.
For driver positions, must hold a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements for a driving record check.
Prior experience in residential cleaning is not required, as we provide training.
